Work

Problems we solve, and how we approach them.

Online stores tend to lose money in the same few places. These are the ones we look at first, and what fixing them involves.

Where stores usually lose money.

Tracking

Ad results that do not match the orders in the store

When only the browser pixel is installed, some purchases never reach the ad platform. Adding the conversions API and checking for duplicate events brings the reported sales closer to the real ones, which changes which ads look profitable.

Store

A product page that loses buyers on mobile

Most visitors arrive from a phone. Slow images, hidden prices and long blocks of text push them away before they reach the button. We rebuild the page for a small screen first and test it on real devices.

Advertising

Stopping ads with rules that ignore the product margin

A return on ad spend that means a loss on one product can be a profit on another. We calculate the break-even point of each product from its own costs and use it to decide which ads stop and which ones grow.
